How does Tap2Health telemedicine work?
You can visit Apps Store for iPhone or Google Play Store for Android and download “Tap2Health” for FREE. Once you have downloaded the application on your mobile phone, you can sign up by filling in some simple basic personal details.
What hours is the service operational?
Appointment booking is available 24/7, although the availability of virtual consultation slots may vary among healthcare professionals.

How early should I schedule an appointment to speak to a healthcare practitioner?

How do I receive my medication that has been prescribed by my doctor?
You will be given an option of self pick-up or delivery for medication prescribed by your doctor if necessary. Delivery charges will be informed to you prior to making payment for your medication.
